Leadership Programs

At EmpoweredUth, EduConnect (EUEC), we believe every student has the potential to be a great leader! Our Leadership Programs are designed to help kids build important skills like teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making while having fun. Whether you want to start your own business, lead your friends, or organize cool events, our programs offer a variety of activities to help students grow into confident leaders!

A Leader is someone who:

  1. Inspires and motivates others to work toward a common goal.

  2. Empowers their team by fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.

  3. Guides individuals or groups through challenges with vision and determination

At EUEC, we focus on helping students develop these critical qualities through interactive workshops, challenges, and real-world leadership opportunities.

Business and Leadership Workshops

Our Business and Leadership Workshops teach kids how to run a business and be great leaders at the same time! These workshops help students learn how to manage a project, make decisions, and lead others while working in teams.

    • How Businesses Work: Students will learn what businesses are, how they operate, and what people do to make them successful.

    • Creating a Business Plan: Students will get to make their own pretend business! They’ll plan what to sell, who their customers will be, and how to make it happen.

    • Hands-On Learning: Through fun activities, kids will get to practice making decisions and leading teams, just like in real-life business situations.

    • Leading Groups: Students will take turns leading group projects, learning how to guide their peers and make smart choices.

    • Building Communication: Great leaders need to talk and listen well. Students will practice sharing ideas and listening to others during fun activities.

    • Solving Problems Together: Kids will learn how to think on their feet, solve challenges, and make decisions quickly as a team.

Outcome: By the end of these workshops, students will know how to work in teams, lead others, and make smart choices while learning about how businesses operate!

$5 Startup Challenge

The $5 Startup Challenge is an exciting, hands-on adventure where students get the chance to become young entrepreneurs for a day! With just $5, they’ll launch their own mini-businesses, using their creativity and problem-solving skills to turn a small idea into something big.

  • Each student is given $5 to start their own mini-startup. They can choose to sell anything from lemonade to homemade crafts, or invent something completely unique! The goal is to create a product or service, set up shop, and see how much they can grow their business within the day.

  • Throughout the challenge, kids will track their progress, adjust their strategies if needed, and learn how to make decisions just like real entrepreneurs. They’ll handle everything from marketing their product to understanding costs and profits.

  • At the end of the challenge, we will take all students to a safe environment where they can showcase and sell their products, giving them a chance to interact with real customers.

  • As they sell their products, students will learn to handle money, engage with customers, and adapt their business to meet challenges. They'll experience the ups and downs of being an entrepreneur in a supportive, guided setting.

Outcome: By the end of the challenge, kids will have learned how to plan, manage money, sell products, and lead a project from start to finish!
